A vibrant downtown and beautiful water views has been the catalyst for continued growth. With a heavy emphasis on biking, crosswalks and the return of the cross ferry - this city is multi modal. St. Pete has a ton of museums, festivals and events including a new Pier that was just built.

This charming town is known for their horseback riding, trails, and close knit community. England Brothers Park has great events, including a rodeo that is a must visit!

Seminole

True to it's heritage over the years - Seminole embodies a quaint town life, A rated schools, a new Sun City Center, a new kayak launch and a new playground to add to their collection. The city offers several fun events and carnivals throughout the year and is close to the beach. Seminole is also debt-free!
