St. Pete Opera
The mission of the St. Petersburg Opera Company is to enrich the cultural lives of the residents of and visitors to the Tampa Bay area by presenting fully staged professional opera productions of the highest quality, and to make opera accessible to present and future audiences through community outreach, educational initiatives, and collaboration with other arts organizations.

I especially appreciate the Maestro series and the events that are held at Opera Central for the supporters. These are intimate and you feel like a member of the family; an unusual posture given the set-up within the other Opera Companies throughout the world. "I've been a season ticket holder for years at the St. Petersburg Opera, and have seen many great performances. This week end I attended Tales of Hoffman. Not only probably the best collection of voices I've ever heard at the Palladium, but opera was fantastic. I've seen comedic operas before, but never laughed SO hard as with one. What a great performance by our awesome SPO!!"
